no physical product is shipped. Access is provided through an online account, learning area, email instructions or another digital method stated before purchase.

After successful payment verification

eligible course access may be activated automatically or manually. Customers should use a valid email address and check their inbox and spam folders for access instructions.

If payment is successful but access is not received

contact support@onlinedigitalmarketingcourse.shop with the order ID and registered email. Hoteles reserva will investigate the transaction and delivery status. If the service is confirmed as not delivered, eligible refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
